How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For domestic orders 2-5 business days, while for international orders around 10-30 business days.
How can I update my shipping address after an order has been placed?
Pearldock is more than happy to update the shipping address associated with your order. Please share your updated shipping address to pearldock9@gmail.com or use the contact form, and be sure to include your order number in the email to support. Below is the required format to update your shipping address:
first / last name
street address
unit/apt # (if applicable)
city, state & zip code
Important note: In order to maintain an efficient fulfillment process, it is not a guarantee that shipping addresses will be updated as your order may already be in progress to ship. Once your updated address is received, we will update the address and follow up with a confirmation.
My package has not arrived and the tracking information states that it was delivered, what do I do?
Please fill up contact form available on our website, and we will update you about your shipment as soon as possible.
How do I figure out what size is best for me?
Every product has an image of a size chart at the end of all the media previews.
How do I wash my products?
We recommend machine washing cold and tumbling dry low with like colors. If your item has a graphic, we recommend turning it inside out to preserve the print.
I want to cancel an order, what can be done for me?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed.
Since we strive to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of our valued clients, we are unable to disrupt our warehouse teams’ fulfilment workflow process.
What is your returns/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, all products sold on Pearldock are final sale. Additionally, Pearldock does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged upon arrival.
